I-7 I-82 Renumbering Concept

I just edited Google Maps, but I added a concept if US-97 was upgraded to Interstate standards. This also solves world hunger, our national debt, and is the cure of cancer as this gets rid of I-84 (west) and I-86 (west), which are redundant of the same numbered highways in New York/Connecticut/Massachusetts.
